ScraperAPI
THE CHALLENGE
ScraperAPI's dashboard was built for developers but 40% of users were marketers and analysts. Usage analytics were buried, pricing was confusing, and users averaged 12 minutes to make their first API call — too long for a self-serve product.

Streamlined time-to-first-value across all segments. Created an inclusive product experience serving both developers and non-technical users with adaptive interfaces and progressive complexity disclosure.

User Segmentation
Analyzed usage data and interviews to define three personas: API developers, data analysts, and marketing teams — each with distinct needs and technical comfort.
Journey Mapping
Mapped time-to-first-value for each persona. Found that non-technical users needed visual tools, while developers wanted faster docs and code examples.
Dashboard Redesign
Created clear usage visualization, interactive API playground with live preview, and contextual help that adapts to user expertise level.
Guided Onboarding
Built a wizard with auto-detected language preferences, code snippets for 8 languages, and a visual request builder for non-technical users.

OneTool
THE CHALLENGE
OneTool aimed to be an all-in-one SaaS toolkit but felt like disconnected tools bolted together. Users couldn't discover features, navigation was a flat sidebar with 30+ items, and the visual identity didn't communicate the platform's value proposition.
OUTCOME
Delivered a unified platform where features feel interconnected. Bridged design and engineering by owning both the design system and front-end implementation. Feature discovery increased as users naturally found tools within their workflow context.

Competitive Analysis
Studied 15+ SaaS management tools. Found that successful platforms used progressive disclosure and contextual navigation to manage complexity.
Navigation Redesign
Replaced the flat sidebar with a hub-and-spoke model — users see relevant tools based on their current workflow context, reducing cognitive overload.
Design + Development
Designed the complete UI in Figma and implemented it in HTML/CSS/JS. Ensured pixel-perfect responsive execution by owning both design and code.
