Hey, I'm Dušan, a Senior Product Designer. I lead product design end-to-end for SaaS products, from UX strategy and research to polished, shipped UI, with a focus on the UX of AI: how it fits into a product and how people actually use it. Currently at Juicer.

Based in Serbia, working remotely. 15+ years of product design across social, developer tools, data platforms, marketing, cybersecurity and cloud infra, and I can take my designs all the way into front-end code.

The work moves numbers: A/B-tested redesigns at Juicer lifted signups 15 to 25%, connection flows improved 20 to 50%, and a product I redesigned at saas.group was sold following the redesign.

Role

I own product design end-to-end: UX strategy, research, interaction and visual design, and the design system. When it helps, I take designs into production front-end code too.

Focus

My focus is product design for AI in SaaS: how AI fits into a product and how people actually interact with it, grounded in strong UX and UI craft. An AI-native workflow lets me prototype and ship fast, and I run A/B experiments end-to-end.

Stack

Figma and design systems first, then Claude, Cursor and n8n for AI-native workflows, and React, Tailwind and HTML/CSS/JS when I take designs to code.

Lead product design end-to-end for Juicer, a social media aggregation and curation platform, plus the company website design and development.
- Led the Feeds 2.0 redesign, a full overhaul of the core feed-management experience and the product's primary surface.
- Designed and shipped AI-powered onboarding, AI Designer (feed designs generated with AI) and AI moderation, now core to the product.
- Built the design system spanning the product and marketing site, with tokenized components adopted by engineering as the source of truth.
- Designed and implemented an AI-native design-to-code and code-to-design workflow on Claude, Cursor and n8n, cutting spec-to-production from weeks to hours.
- Ran A/B tests end-to-end: +15% signups from auth redesign, +25% from a new homepage network-selection flow, and +20 to 50% across social-connection flows.
- Improved feed-embedding rates through iterative experimentation on the embed flow and CTA placement.

Product designer on the central product team, operating like an internal agency across a portfolio of 15+ saas.group brands. Worked on multiple products in parallel and mentored junior designers.
- ScraperAPI: led the full product and website redesign; partnered with PMs to evolve the brand from an API into a scraping platform for non-developers.
- Sniply: led a complete product redesign; the business was successfully sold following the redesign.
- Prerender: product and website design for an SEO-focused dynamic-rendering infrastructure product.
- Beekast: product strategy and design improvements for a collaborative-meeting SaaS platform.
- Juicer: product design on the same brand I later joined as Senior Product Designer.

- Covered the full lifecycle from research through production code.

Designed and developed UI/UX across multiple SaaS, web and mobile apps in cybersecurity, cloud services and marketing for global audiences, translating complex requirements into intuitive workflows and scalable design systems.
- Vade Secure: UX for core email-security and anti-phishing products from concept through integration, plus full or partial front-end for Vade for Office 365, the Partner Portal, IsItPhishing.ai, MailCube and the Vade Secure website (2015 to 2018).
- Scalair: set UX direction across the cloud product ecosystem, covering Manager, Dashboard and Status, plus illustrations, landing pages and reusable templates.
- Sharingbox: designed and developed the company website, product pages and campaign landing pages.
- Delivered pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces and reusable UI components with hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Juicer: Feeds 2.0

Full overhaul of feed management, the surface Juicer customers spend their day in and the product's primary surface. Rebuilt the information architecture, editing model and publishing flow so teams can curate social feeds at scale, and kept tuning it through experiments: iterative A/B tests on the embed flow and CTA placement lifted feed-embedding rates.

Juicer's public face, designed and built end to end on the same design system as the product. Conversion is treated as a design problem and A/B-tested, not guessed: a new homepage network-selection flow lifted signups 25%, and the auth redesign added another 15%.

ScraperAPI: Platform Redesign

Led the full product and website redesign behind ScraperAPI's repositioning: from an API built for developers to a scraping platform non-developers can use. Partnered with PMs to redefine the strategy, then carried it through the dashboard, onboarding, project and billing flows, plus the marketing site and messaging.

Onetool: Product & Website

Sole Designer · Onetool

Sole designer for Onetool, a platform for managing all of a company's SaaS subscriptions from one place. Owned the full lifecycle from research through production code: designed the entire product, designed and built the marketing website, and shipped a reusable HTML/CSS/JS component library that engineering adopted as the design-system source of truth.

Vade Secure: Threat Console

Three years of UX and front-end across Vade Secure's email-security suite: admin consoles, threat dashboards and end-user warning interactions for Office 365 phishing protection. Translated noisy ML threat signals into decisions non-technical users could act on, and shipped full or partial front-end for six product surfaces plus the company website.
